It took just 5 days for my purchases to get to Singapore and I'm glad I can get my Dutch products easily now!

Customer service is gewoon top! Alle producten komen in goede staat aan en ondanks de pandemic zijn de leveringstijden nog steeds enorm snel. Ben enorm dankbaar dat ik al deze producten zo makkelijk hier naar California kan laten vliegen voor een niet zo dure kostprijs. Dubbel en dik zijn geld waard! Heb nu al meerdere keren besteld bij dit bedrijf en nog nooit teleurgesteld geweest!

I am based in the UK. I was looking for the Heinz Sandwich spreads for my father. This site had the best selection and the prices were very reasonable. I was impressed with the speed of delivery and everything was very securely packaged. Great store I will shop there again.

Ondanks de steeds terugkomende problemen met de aflevering van het paket veroorzaakt door het leveringsbedrijf slagen we er steeds in met hulp van dutchexpad toch het paket thuis te krijgen. Top deze inzet.

Ben erg blij met mn pakket met een 'little taste of home'. Genoeg keuzes in lekkere nederlands eten. Heb op andere websites gekeken en hier kan ik alles krijgen wat ik wil, voor een goeie prijs! Andere sites zijn duurder, de prijs van de producten en de bezorg kosten. Kan niet wachten tot mn volgende bestelling!

I am very happy with the products you can buy at the expand shop. They have almost everything I miss from the Netherlands. They deliver fast and everything is really well packed so it does not get damaged on the long travel. There are 2 reasons I cant give it 5 stars, the website is not user friendly, it is very slow and the filters do not work well, for some products you have to go through the whole list to find it because the wont pup up with a search. And the delivery costs to the USA are high they were already 40 dollars and now there 80. I still order because I miss the Netherlands, but if those issues were solved I would order more often and more products.

I ordered for myself and my daughters some Dutch goodies as we are unable to go in July as planned. So pleased to be able to get what I wanted although postage a little steep. Will definitely use again. Thanks

Ik heb alles kunnen vinden wat ik er zin in had. Het pakket is beschadigd aangekomen omdat het erg zwaar was. Het kan een goed idee zijn om de items in verschillende pakketten te verdelen om te voorkomen dat ze worden overschreven en het pakket beschadigd raakt.

Ordering was simple, the shipping was smooth and the products are wonderful. I bought some things for myself, and got treats for friends too, one of whom asked for the website to make her own order.

Kaas besteld. Gelukkig goed aangekomen. Tip verpak kaas zo dat het niet zacht wordt bij hogere temperaturen

I ordered 28 containers of Hipp Dutch infant formula for my baby. I prefer the EU standards over those of the U.S's FDA. Anyway, I purchased the product and it was shipped from Netherlands to Minnesota to my door in 7 days! I was informed every step of the way. I highly recommend the Dutch Expat Store.

Op 1 puntje na. Bij Coolpack verzending, waarvoor en voor de verpakking en voor de Gekoelde verzending terecht extra betaalt wordt, ontbreken grote zichtbare COOLPACK stickers. De chauffeurs gaan er zoals Dutch Expat Shop terecht opmerkt niet harder door rijden. Mar ze zorgen wel dat en zending niet ongekoeld meerdere werkdagen blijft liggen en zeker niet dat de dozen in een warme bestelwagen moet overnachten. Prima opgevangen door Dutch Expat Shop om een aantal artikelen te crediteren, msar die sticker in het rood op witte achtergrond zal dor elke chauffeur in andere landen worden begrepen. Hiervoor geen minpunten toegepast op het geheel. Dit is een poging tot een stukje inzicht verschaffen.

So glad to be able to buy Dutch products online. I am really missing being over in the Netherlands at the moment but with Covid-19 it’s better safe than sorry. I may have had to wait a little bit longer than normal for delivery but everything was very well packaged with bubble wrap and packaging. We live in Macao and there are no Dutch products available. With the current Covid-19 situation there is no way we are able to either fly to the Netherlands or go to Hong Kong where we can get some. We are really happy with the on-line experience with Dutch Expat Shop. Reasonable prices, great packing especially the individual wrapping for the sensitive products and great delivery with DHL. We are super happy with the vlokken, rook worst, oude kaas etc etc. Thank you for bringing a bit of the Netherlands to us if we cannot go there.
