Veel keus, lekker zoeken. Ondanks de ietwat trage Zwitserse tol beamten komt het vlot aan. Altijd erg goed verpakt, en alles is goede kwaliteit. Prijzen zijn over het algemeen redelijk.

I was asked to amend my review........ But I think it was fair and balanced. I appreciate it was a busy time but communication was poor and order was shipped 6 days after the order date.

Excellent chouce of products. Very good prices and fast delivery. Kept informed from the time my order was placed until delivery.

It took way too long to receive the order (order was placed on the 14th of November and we received the package on the 4th of December). Moreover, the box with the chocolate letter S consisted of Roman numbers! Not what the kids expected when receiving their "letter" from the Sint.

Ordered some Christmas beers and got them shipped to Canada, delivery was fast and efficient, items were well packaged and arrived with no damage, will order from again in the future, highly recommended

The delivery took about a month longer than what the email said. I sent the company an email asking why I wasn’t receiving any updated on the shipping and they replied after a couple of days saying the item wasn’t in stock. This is all fine, but it would’ve been nice to know the item wasn’t in stock and the delivery date wasn’t an accurate representation, as my order was a surprise bday gift to my friend in the UK. So the package arrived way too late, but from the time the item was back in stock to the actual delivery date things went fairly quickly and smoothly. The customer service was also friendly and offered an informative answer so overall I’m happy. :)

De tijd tussen de bestelling en de levering is vrij lang. Het is vervelend de bestelling niet kunnen na te trekken. Deze service is niet echt goed. De verpakking is ook niet echt goed, één van de hagelslag pakjes is kapot aangekomen.

Het pakket kwam nog nét op tijd, op 1 december 's morgens, aan. De reden van de vertraging (de bestelling was al één maand eerder geplaatst en betaald), dat enkele zaken niet te krijgen waren en de firma eigenlijk te lang wachtte. Na mijn opmerking dat het toch wel echt tijd voor verzending wer, is het pakket inderdaad 's anderendaags verzonden (28 november) en een paar dagen later aangekomen.

Despite the end of the year and numerous parcel shipments, the product was delivered quickly in a sturdy cardboard box with extra protection. I am very satisfied and will purchase more products in the future.

Ordered 11/20. FedEx says order got to Belgium 11/29. It’s 12/10 and no update. Wrote Dutch expat shop and no reply.

Once a year, we travel to French St. Martin, and while there rent an apartment or villa. Always look forward to shopping in the local French food market! In addition to morning chocolate croissants from the nearby bakery, I've always purchased Nestle Fitness cereal au chocolat, and often wish I could purchase and enjoy it at home in the US. Thanks to you, I now have it!

I ordered 3 tins of hipp formula stage 1 (0-6 months) but have instead received 3 tins of the junior/toddler formula which I do not need. I’ve emailed the company through their website and separately through my email and they have not responded to either. I need the stage one formula for my baby. Please let me know when I can expect to receive it. Thank you.

After 4 failed orders to my home address due to damage incurred during transit I made one final attempt to have some Beers delivered to a different address in the hope this may avoid the Leyland depot in the UK. Granted Dutch Expat Shop were very quick to issue a refund however... The following order of value €41.66 with a Shipping cost to the UK of €21.50, which as you would expect covers UK boarder costs... so a total of €66.91 is now sat with Royal Mail in Preston UK. I have been told that this will only be released if I pay a customs charge of £86.95!!!! What is going on? I'll have to pay this to claim back or return and lose €66.91. The amount of £86.95 does not line up with Handling Fees by Royal Mail or Boarder Tax of this amount for the UK? I have asked Dutch Expat Shop to explain why this is not already incorporated into the original cost and if they have shipped incorrectly? No response and still no beers from an order originally placed over 3 months ago! Very disappointed.

Alles goed verpakt en vrij snel geleverd. Zonder omhaal met invoerbelasting en co. Gaat ik vaker doen.
