Geen gedoe. Snel geleverd.

Hello everyone that reads this: i lovevthis online shop be cause i find everything i like and i want about food from holland.

Ikzelf woon in Canada en heb al vaker bij Dutch Expat Shop besteld, de bestelling is altijd compleet en behoorlijk snel. Het enigste commentaar wat ik heb is.....dat zowel Fedex als ook DHL duty en tax berekend van $49.95 CA. Dit is iets wat IK niet kon vinden op de website als je besteld. Er staan verzendkosten bij de complete bestelling maar niet de duty en tax. Misschien een idee om dat erbij te vermelden?? Verder ben ik echt zeer tevreden en zal zeker vaker bestellen bij de Dutch Expat Shop.

Transaction was really fast and delivery on time.

De bestelling was vlug binnen, de diepvriesproducten nog helemaal bevroren. Alles was goed ingepakt - sommige producten hoeven volgens mij niet helemaal in bubbel-folie, dat was een beetje veel. Prijzen zijn iets hoger dan in de winkel, maar daarvoor krijg ik het mooi thuis geleverd in het buitenland en hoef niet met de trein gaan sjouwen.. :) Als alle lekkere nederlandse dingen op zijn komt de volgende bestelling!

Gaarne goedkopere verzend opties bekijken.

mijn bestelling was er snel ... en was goed ingepakt dus alles komt ook heel aan :) het is een stukje ..thuis ver weg om het zo maar eens te zeggen .. ik kom dan zeker ook snel terug bij jullie

Bought some dutch baby formula from the shop. Very easy to find what I wanted, easy to purchase, and shipping was fast. Formula arrived very well packaged, undamaged, and with plenty of time before expiration date. Will definitely order from them again!

DPD leverde vandaag mijn bestelling voor diepvries artikelen alles was nog bevroren zelfs het ijs. Dit is een geweldige firma er altijd op uit om te helpen 100% aanbevolen.

sunday evening I suddenly fancied childhood sweets. went online and found them. put order in and used it to order some more dutch products. wednesday the products were delivered. quick and easy.

I ordered baby formula , and it was good price compared to other unknown websites. This website is safe and you can trust to order something like baby formula. Shipping was fast , yes shipping costs are high but they are for most sites. I did have a question for customer service and they replied very fast to me. I will be ordering again. Everything was securely Packaged and safe. No dents or anything on the containers. Thank you !

Ik kreeg mijn bestelling in 2 pakketten geleverd, omdat de 2e een koelpakket was. Dat was in eerste instantie wat verwarrend, omdat het 1e pakket 2 dagen eerder geleverd werd, zonder de vermelding dat het 2e (koel)pakket ook onderweg was. Een Email met een snel antwoord terug bracht uitsluitsel, alles prima dus!

De afgelopen 3 jaar, 6x een hele kaas besteld. Met uitzondering van 1x werden ze binnen 2 weken bezorgd. Het is wel altijd spannend of we nog extra taxes moeten betalen.

Overall I had a great experience shopping on Dutch Expat Shop (DES). Was craving for some goodies from my childhood since I moved out from the country. But - I must say that paying double the usual retail price isn’t the most affordable - so I might still be looking for alternative. Hope DES can address this concern with some sort of incentives for frequent shoppers!
