Ik woon op Madeira (Portugal) en over het algemeen duurt het erg lang voor pakjes en brieven arriveren, een gemiddelde van twee tot drie weken is normaal. Met Dutch expat Shop heb ik de ervaring dat mijn bestelling binnen 10 dagen arriveert. Alles super verpakt en levering tegen een scherpe prijs. Ik ben er erg blij mee.

I have lived in Holland and moved to the US. Since then I really miss the food and chees products. When I cam across Dutch Expa websit I got really excited and started ordering items that I really miss. Unfortunately, after placing the order I wanted to track my order and couldn't log into my account. So I contacted the customer service to see where my order is and they had told me that they have my order and it will be sent to the UK and I told them that I live in the US and to please stop the shipment. However, they were very unprofessional and carless about my problem. I ask if I can get my money back and I got a response say "We having dinner :)" Please don't order it is ****!!!! I am definitely taking this matter to further action if they don't refund my money back

All these 5-star reviews are obviously ****. Go on google maps to see the real 1-star reviews. I just ordered some cheese from them, and a week later, it still wasn't shipped even though they claim it will be shipped within 3 days, otherwise they'll tell you why it was delayed. When I asked, they said it's going to shipped 'today'. A day later, it still didn't ship, so I asked them to cancel and refund the order. The order magically ships itself and it gets processed (according to the site). The whole thing seems to be run by one lazy middle-aged woman who can't keep things together. Replies to emails are so immature and they lie a lot. One reply was just 'okay'. I also got one with 'wowow' and calling me aggressive. That person can barely speak English, yet they have their site in English.

Onze bestelling kwam binnen een week aan in de VS, uitstekend verpakt en alles in goede orde ontvangen. Zullen zeker in de toekomst meer bestellen via Dutch Expat Shop.

Since I moved to the U.S., i have missed certain goodies from Belgium/Netherlands. I searched and found Dutch Expat Shop, and immediately found the items I was longing for. They shipped promptly with Fedex, and the goods arrived intact (no cookies were broken/crushed) within 2 days. Once I run low on the goodies, (speculaas, waffel cookies, chocolate), I plan to reorder again!

Great products, well packaged and fast delivery. I sent questions by email and responses were prompt and helpful. I absolutely will order again!

Easy ordering, fast delivery!

I placed a first order and made a mistake by choosing the wrong country. I contacted the customer service and they answered within 10 minutes saying they’ve cancelled my order and will refund the money so I can order again. Here’s why half a star is missing - I had to write to them again because the refund hadn’t been made. But no big deal! They answered directly, again, and I got my money back. So I finally could place my order on a Friday, and got delivered the Wednesday after. So overall I’m very happy with my Dutch shampoo - and with Dutch expat shot. I was amazed to see how fast they deal with issues with always being very nice. Thanks, will definitely order again :)

Over de geleverde producten, verzending, verpakking e.d. ben ik heel tevreden. Niet helemaal duidelijk was voor mij de wijze van betalen. Op de site stond een code, die als banknummer werd aangeduid. In de colofon vond ik uiteindelijk een IBAN. Ik heb toen eerst geïnformeerd, of ik deze voor de betaling moest gebruiken. Met vriendelijke groeten, Josien Vletter

Een uitgebreide collectie van Nederlandse waar. Het bestellen verliep soepel en de verzending kwam perfect verpakt twee dagen na mijn bestelling aan in Schotland. Zeer aanbevelingswaardig. Ik kom zeker terug.

I would give them much more than 5 stars if the system would allow. I contacted the Dutch Expat Shop in order to ask about a brand of beer they used to stock. To my great surprise and joy, after describing the brand and the fact I wanted it in bottles, the Dutch Expat Shop staff went out of their way to add it to their website for me as a purchasable product, then emailed me when it was up on their online shop. I never expected such a personalised and accommodating service, they went beyond what a normal retailer would have done by doing this and I'm extremely impressed and grateful for their help and hard work.
