Excellent service

I ordered some Grolsch for my husband’s birthday as he loves the flip top version and they are no longer available in the UK. Sadly they arrived without the additional cool packaging and one bottle had smashed. On contacting the company they were very efficient and on receipt of photographs, issued a refund with apology. Whilst sad to only have 11 bottles, the company were courteous, helpful and efficient. I will definitely be ordering again.

Goede service

Mijn bestelling is al snel verzendklaar Helaas wil verzending naar mijn woonland, via PostNL, wel erg lang duren. Ruim twee weken. Bij "fouten" in de bestelling wordt snel oplossend gereageerd. Helaas kan ik geen diepvries artikelen bestellen in Georgië en we missen wel een s een Hollandse snack.

So pleased to find this

I ordered Bio Tex laundry stain remover, because it's the only product that I've found that's actually works! But as it's no longer available in the UK, I was able to order it on here, happy days! (I know, if I'm getting excited about laundry products, I need to get out more). Thanks very much Dutch Expat Shop.

Simple en lekker

Als een Belg in UK het enigste dat ik mis is het lekker eten van benelux. De verzending is super met droog ijs. Alles kwam bevrozen aan en het is smullen!

Goede site voor het kopen van producten die niet te verkrijgen zijn in Frankrijk..

We hadden 10 pakken Van Gilse Geleisuiker Speciaal besteld, en er zaten er maar 8 in de doos. Er is echter snel een terugbetaling gekomen, die we in eerste instantie over het hoofd hadden gezien.

Niet zo goed

We zijn niet zo tevreden omdat we 10 pakken Van Gilse Geleisuiker Speciaal hadden besteld en er maar 8 in de doos zaten.

Helaas alle stroopwafels gesmolten

Heb mail gestuurd vandasg over gesmolten stroopwafels. Heb ook fritesaus van remia besteld en Niet de mayonaise ( die kan ik ook in australie kopen, fritesaus niet) Lijkt allemaal beetje te snel ingepakt en pist ook nakatig dood in zon laten liggen. De doos en inhoud waren vrij gekreukeld en gelukking is van de hagelslag masr 1 doos japot. Hopelijk kunnen jullie hief aandacht besteden. Kost redelijk veel geld en als dan veel onbruikbaar is of ook verkeerd maonsise ipv fritesaus dan is het niet meer de moeite waard. Bedankt voor jullie aandacht hiervoor. Kijk uit naar een betere samenwerkin in toekomst. Vriendelijke groet Juliette Down under

Excellent service and product range

I have ordered from the Dutch Expat Shop several times now. My deliveries are always 'standard' as the postage is so expensive nowadays. Bonjour, je suis très satisfait, je suis résident Belge à Tenerife et j’ai reçu mon colis sans aucun problème, juste une chose, pour l’envoi vers Tenerife, il faudrait dans le bordereau de livraison indiquer le numéro de NIE ( identification espagnole personnel ) et pouvoir marquer usage particulier, sinon très content et je vous ferais une nouvelle commande bientôt.

Ordering is simple and cheese arrives fresh and well packed

Dutch Expat is the only retailer selling Swiss Chalet cheese triangles which are incredibly hard to find.....I've bought these many times from Dutch Expat and they always arrive extremely well packaged and well in date... Received purchase Rambol soft walnut cheese which again arrived fresh and well packaged ...They have a wide selection and I can honestly say I've never had any issues with my orders,...

I can see that my colleague sent you a return label for the items and a refund has been organised for when they arrive back to us. Our customer service operating times are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm. We strive to answer emails sent in this time within a 24 hour window. As your emails were sent on a Friday afternoon and over a weekend period, we did not receive them until the Monday morning, when we replied. Ordered some chocolate milk and had it shipped to the US. Box arrived but it was empty. I sent a message to them asking what happened. They said they would check with FedEx to find out what happened. They never followed up, they just sent a message saying they're refunding my money minus the shipping And I never got an answer to what happened to my items I ordered that never arrived. Waste of $50 in shipping. 1 STAR
