Although it can be costly, I am grateful for this shop and service, as I can purchase most product I can not purchase here in the UK. maybe some products could be packed a litte more carefull ! some had light damage from transportation. (hagelslag en chocolade)

Alle eersere bestellingen werden zeer vlot geleverd. Deze keer was een artikel niet op voorraad en gebeurde er een week niets. De afwezigheid van dit artikel had wel teruggemeld mogen worden. De bezorging van de spullen was een totale puinhoop. PostNL heeft het pakket in een verkeerde straat bezorgd, en dan nog op het verkeerde huisnummer en mij wel een mail gestuurd dat het bij mijnburen bezorgd was. Gelukkig hebben de mensen, waar het pakket terecht gekomen was, het pakket een dag later bij mij afgeleverd. Als ik jullie was zou ik hierover klagen. Ik heb dit ook aan jullie klantenservice gemaild

I order big numbers of things like around 10 boxes of one specific chocolate forvexample and I live in a different continent. They sent me products that expire in 3 months. I make huge orders of $400 that should last a year since I pay $80 just for shipping and they do this to me. Then I email them and they don't seem to care.

We were very pleased at how quickly our chocolate arrived and how well it was packaged. Well done!

I like the product, but I feel disappointed because I paid 12 Euros for a thermo box and It was only a paper box with some styrofoam on the bottom of the box. If you are going to charge for something you should deliver it. The cheese is really good and I would like to buy again, but I don’t want to feel cheated. Tks
