Business which cares about customers. Goods are a great variety and nothing is too much for them.

Good customer service, however a few times I was missing ordered products. I received a refund upon claiming. Courier service with FEDEX was very good. Assortiment is still ok although some products disappeared. Pricing remains quite steep.

Makkelijk om te bestellen. Snelle levering. Goed ingepakt. Alles koud aangekomen. Heerlijk onze Nederlandse snacks in het buitenland !!!!

I bought the rambol walnut cheese because i need to do a drawing of it for a book - in the photo online the chees had full walnut halves on it (which always used to be the case). when it came - i stupidly ordered 3 so as to be able to eat some too - it just had broken walnuts on it which was not what was shown in the picture. i messaged and complained and have heard nothing back. not a good service. shall not use again

Makkelijk bestellen, vlotte levering en fijn dat je exact kunt volgen waar je pakket is.

Ik had na de eerste bestelling nog een vraag, en ja ik kreeg gelijk antwoord. Dat vond ik heel fijn.

Easy website to navigate and prompt delivery

We ordered some gluten free bread and almost everything was great! Everything was in date; however, one loaf of bread was delivered and was moldy. The package does not seem to be opened, but there is most definitely mold growing on the bread. Overall, it was a pretty positive experience. Going to try to get the loaf replaced.

Meestal goed tevreden met The Dutch Expat. Bij vragen zijn ze makkelijk te bereiken via email. Customer service is goed. Het verpakken van de producten blijft wel een aandachtspunt.

I wanted to but some Biotex which has been discontinued in the UK. The Dutch Expat shop had it at a good price. The delivery price stung a bit but delivery was fast. The Biotex came well packed and sealed in a plastic bag. The website was very easy to use. Basically everything went perfectly.

Very satisfied with this shop! Fast and reliable delivery, great packaging, and everything always arrives in perfect condition. I order special infant formula and Dutch/Belgian sweets – always awesome. I’ll definitely keep ordering from here. Highly recommend!

I’m just sorry that you don’t have shops in England.

Everything was lovely and very nicely packaged to ensure a safe arrival from NL, however, one small thing (and this is just me being a bit nitpicky) I ordered a jar of Speculoos. I am aware that Speculoos and Biscoff are the same thing but the image on the website showed speculoos branding and I received a jar with Biscoff branding.

De bestelling is vlot bezorgd, er waren echter enkele dingen weliswaar keurig ingepakt maar die toch gelekt hadden in de verpakking ( shampoos-) ook wat pakjes hagelslag die gedeukt en daardoor open waren gegaan.

I was surprised about the quick delivery. Realy cool!
