Ik bestel 2 of 3x per jaar. Laatste keer pakket besteld met diverse sint lekkernijen. Keurig verpakt en op tijd aan gekomen bij mij in Italië

For the past two years, I have ordered several cases of a Belgian ale that we can no longer find in the United States as a Christmas gift for my husband. The Dutch Expat Shop packages everything SO well that it arrives tightly packed and in perfect condition after traveling thousands of miles! And even with the the delays at customs, our package arrived this year within just a couple of weeks, which I found to be quite surprising. Always a wonderful shopping experience with Dutch Expat Shop, and we appreciate it VERY MUCH and will certainly be shopping with you again!!!

I was extremely nervous to order from The Dutch Expat Shop as there were so many mixed reviews. Having a deadline and then possibly not getting my order on time, made me skeptical. I was very happy and relieved when my order arrived within 3 working days! I put this down to being a neighbouring, fellow-EU country to the Netherlands which provided no obstacles. The overall communication after placing the was excellent as I was updated when the order was packed, shipped and tracking info received. Two things that the supplier could improve on though: 1) when a general enquiry is sent on products, at least reply. I'm still waiting for feedback a month later on my enquiry and if I had any other option to order the product from somewhere else, I would've taken my business there as no response was received. 2) show all costs of goods. For frozen products, a price is given on the website. When you're ready to check out though, an additional €17 is added onto the bill for dry ice packaging. Whilst I understand this is necessary, it should be shown as an additional cost on the initial pricing of the goods, as one works on a budget based on what is shown and this could throw the budget out. In the end, all went well in my case which is great.

Service assez rapide. Je choisis toujours l'option du remboursement en cas de pénurie d'article, plutôt que celle du remplacement de l'article en question par un autre. La plupart du temps, aucun problème, mais les deux dernières fois, l'emballage de certains articles était ouvert (la première fois dans le cas des chokotoffs et la deuxième, dans le cas des chips).
