I received a damaged package (for the second time) and the courier sent it back to you. We agreed on a new shipment, which never arrived.

Superb and quick beer delivery service

Couldn’t find St Hubertus Belgian beer anywhere in UK or UK online. Found it on Dutch Expat shop. Received within a few days, superbly individually wrapped bottles. Beer tastes just as I experienced in Brussels recently. Great service.

Still waiting on my order

My order has been at the same shipping location for 2 weeks. I reached out to the shipping company and they have been trying to reach out to your company to get the documentation needed, but they haven’t received a response. My order will continue to sit until someone sends the necessary document to proceed with delivery.

de order en afhandeling in nederland was goed en snel. Besteld van nederland naar griekenland. Binnen een paar dagen was het in italie. Binnen een week was het in markopolou athens. Maar daar is het al een week! de verzender fedex neemt z'n tijd. Er zijn 2 boten elke dag naar kos en 3 vluchten per dag. Waarom duurt het zo lang?

Mostly good

Experience was mostly good, only spoiled by the fact that one of the bottles in order was broken. As the bottle was well wrapped and the cardboard case was only slightly damp I assume it was broken in transit somewhere in the UK. As it was only one bottle I didn't bother claiming. Apart from that the actual shopping experience was OK.

Een zeer grote teleurstelling

De zending was beneden 10.000,-php waarde gehouden om douane problemen te vermijden (tot 10.000,-php word er door de douane geen invoerrechten aangerekend). Tot mijn grote teleurstelling easter Fedex 9000,-php douane kosten voor een waarde van minder dan 10.000,-php. Ik heb geweigerd van dit te betalen, als gevolg werd de zending niet afgeleverd. Dit was 1 week geleden. Nog steeds geen contact van Fedex of een bericht van Fedex om hun fout te verbeteren. Ik ben uiteraard zeer ontgoocheld. Sinds dat u gestopt bent on BPOST als optie aan te bieden (met wie ik grotere zending verstuurd heb zonder enige douane problemen) heb ik DHL gebrobeerd met het gevolg dat 2 zending bij de douane in Cebu werden geblokkeerd voor redenen die ik nooit had gehoord), Daarna heb ik Fedex gebrobeerd, met douane problemen iedere maal niettegenstaande ik de zendingen met opzet beneden de 10.000,-php waarde grens hield. Met de huidige staat van zaken kan ik niet verantwoorden van nog verdere bestelling te maken wegen de slechte keuze van transport opties. Een zeer ontgoochelde klant.

Finally received

Recommend use of another carrier as it appears they were completely at fault for the extreme delay experienced. Your company is not getting what it pays for. On the bright side I am grateful that I did receive a product that has a great reputation. This man would like to order additional Drogheria & Alimentari products in the spices and herbs lines like Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Cardamom, etc. Please advise if you will be able to provide these and hopefully their entire line of products in a manual fresh grinder version. Thank you.

Delayed delivery

I placed an order on September 29, 2025. Today is October 21, 2025 and I haven’t received my package yet. I would not recommend this service. I received the package — a big thank you to Charlie and Peter for the help and assistance in resolving this issue! I now understand that the delay was caused by the new U.S. customs rules introduced in September. I’ve been a customer for a few years and have always been happy with the service. Every time I had a question, I got a replay quickly—usually the same or next day—even with the time difference. I highly recommend Dutch Expat, it is reliable and trustworthy service.
