I like flavour

Only slight problem was an order and payment for 5 tubs of Klant & Klaar Satay Saus but only 3 arrived in the parcel. Cost difference too small to worry about. Otherwise I can enjoy my Dutch meals bringing back memories of working & living there for 25 years.

my last 2 orders have been wrong each order had 3 large bottles of Becel Original but i was sent Vlees and Jue which i did not want but was charged!!!!

I have used the Dutch expat shop several times now. It takes on average 2 weeks to dispatch but once it's on its way, it's very quick to arrive. If there are problems with the parcel, damaged or stuck at the border, they are so good solving all. Love the food, it's amazing. Thank you for such an excellent service

Great choice of Dutch and Belgian food products. Good customer service and prompt refunds if product not in stock. Overall good experience over the years.

Website worked well, living in the States using FedEx as delivery service good. Lucky I got product before added tariffs!

Ik heb een bestelling gedaan bij Bol.com die door jullie is doorgestuurd. Helaas zonder een boek dat bij jullie is aangeleverd op 12 augustus. Niemand weet waar dat boek is gebleven?

The most expensive delivery that I choose was in delay almost two weeks. 9 days without any information and tracking about the product. Customer service very poor. Definitely I dont reccomend this website!

The food items are very well packed and delivered the food quality is great it’s nice to have some Dutch snacks again been living in the uk since 1981 so it’s a treat to be able to enjoy this

I had ordered several bottles of sauces and the package was extremely well-wrapped for protection. Also fast communication by mail and easy ordering system online.

Helaas niet helemaal tevreden met mijn eerste bestelling bij Dutch Expat shop. De website belooft dat de bestelling binnen 3 werkdagen verwerkt en verzonden wordt, en dat je een melding krijgt als dit niet lukt. Na een week had ik nog steeds niets gehoord. Toen ik contact opnam, werd het pakket dezelfde dag nog verzonden. De bezorging was ook niet ideaal, maar ik weet niet zeker of dat aan PostNL of Dutch Expat shop ligt. Ik kreeg een bericht dat het pakket op mijn adres was afgeleverd, maar het was nergens te vinden. Ik kreeg te horen dat het bij een afhaalpunt was afgeleverd, maar daar had ik geen bericht over ontvangen. Ik had onder andere meerdere ontbijtkoeken besteld, waarvan de helft helaas maar anderhalve week na de bezorgdatum houdbaar was, wat wel vervelend is als je grote hoeveelheden bestelt die je natuurlijk niet meteen opeet. Ik moet wel zeggen dat het pakket uitstekend was ingepakt, zelfs het beschuit heeft de reis overleefd.

Was looking for a bottle of Jim beam red stag everywhere. I had nearly given up hope until I saw Dutch expat site and couldn’t believe they had what I was after. The payment system is secure and prompt. Communication was excellent . I would recommend these guys to everyone.
