Ordering is really easy, the tracking didn't work, but the parcel arrived really quickly and the crackers were intact.

De producten zijn goed verzorgd verpakt en netjes in de doos gerangschikt. Verder hebben de producten lange houdbaarheidsdatum. Hartelijk dank.

All my orders have been excellent and received in days of ordering.

Al voor de derde keer heb ik moeten vragen om de track & trace code. De reacrie is " dat is de veranrwoording van PostNL". De Dutch Expat Shop zegt echter in haar prderbevestiging toe dat de de T & T code in een aparte mail wordt toegezonden. Wie is er dan verantwoordelijk?

The shop has a wide range of goods and good availability of those items. If something isn’t available you have the choice of a substitute. The orders are quick to point together and pay for and the communication is excellent regarding the order. Tracking the parcel is easy and the shop keeps to it’s despatch deadlines ensuring that I receive my parcel swiftly. The parcels are well packaged and breakable items have additional wrapping. This is an excellent shop and I have used it many times. Customer service is excellent and I would highly recommend the shop to others.

Good quality oriducts of the best Dutch good brands. It’s nice to be able to have certain products abroad which just reminds me of the Netherlands where I was born and raised.

I havent been to Belgium in over 10 years. To be able to purchase items that i used to love while over there was amazing!! I was able to introduce my daughter to some of the things i used to love!

Except for a terribly slow web-site when ordering, the service was quick and good. All products were very well packed and everything arrived safely and on time.

I was delighted to be able to get the BioTex as this excellent product is no longer available in the UK. In my experience it is far superior to any other stain removal product. It was also a swift and efficient service from The Netherlands.

I live shopping for my Dutch groceries.. Living abroad I mess so many of special items. The site has a huge selection, ordering is incredibly easy and the delivery was inexpensive and really quick. Cannot recommend it highly enough! Will definitely order soon again!

I had ordered for over $600 in products in November shipped in 2 boxes. I received shortly after (1.5 week) my first box with items, the other box was shipped simultaneously but didn’t arrive. After a couple of weeks (December) I reached out to the customer service to inquire where my remaining items were. It is now 3 months later and I still have not received my items and had 20+ emails with customer service to get my items re-shipped or refunded. They are not willing to do either at the moment as the shipper lost the package but marked it delivered. This is the worst customer experience I have ever had to deal with and is not worth it!

The efficiency and prompt service that I have received as well as the ability to buy products that remind me of Belgium and Holland are priceless to me. Thank you again!!
