Your company is trying your best, but could be better. For example providing tracking number immediately after shipping, replying to customer service faster and provide the correct shipping method, etc. but anyway hopefully the formula is good. Still waiting for the formula after 17 days. The shipping is very slow.

I've bee very happy with products, service ad delivery, but have hesitated to place another order, because I was give replacement products twice which (I still have and wont be eaten) I didn't want and had also stated this. I am going to try again because overall is it a good service. Please don't give me a choice to get money back when not in stock or replacement if you are not going listen. Thank you,

Het bestellen van spaghetti was vrij eenvoudig. Binnen 4 dagen had ik de bestelling in huis. Keurig verzorgd. Ik ben erg tevreden over Dutch Expat Shop.
