Alles goed verlopen, vlotte levering na de bestelling. Klein minpunt: je hebt geen idee wanneer je bestelling geleverd wordt, slecht te volgen.

My package was not shipped via the shipping method I paid for. I paid for DHL and I received PostNL instead. I asked questions twice over the span of a week and I was never directly given an answer why, just how to track it and only replied to once.

I have been a Dutch Expat Shop customer for several years and was always provided with great customer service. They have a huge list of products from Netherlands and Belgium which I cannot find in the USA.

Was mijn eerste bestelling, altijd spannend. Prima geleverd hier in Spanje. Wordt nu een vaste klant. Kreeg een mailtje of de bestelling goed was geleverd. Echt super!

Fast affordable shipping to the USA along with a wide selection of European brews not readily available from US retailers make the Dutch Expat shop a real nice place to buy from to try new beer and acquire those gems that I have enjoyed that I can't get in our stores. The only thing that I might alter is to make more of the "specialty" varieties of beer available in single units/ pairs rather than limit the sale of them to a minimum of a six pack.

Snelle verwerking van de order. Aflevering in Malta duurde wat lang (EEN WEEK) maar Malta Post is meestal wat sloom.

Erstond 1 0f 2 werkdagen terwijl het een week larer aan kwam mijn zoontje had niet de tractatie voor school die hij wilde maar ze zijn wel erg lekker zeggen mijn kindjes haha

Convenient website. Only the “pannenkoeken mix” was not packed very well and was all over the other products. Not the end of the world but would recommend to pack this in plastic in the future.

Er moet meer aandacht gegeven worden aan de hoeveelheid en soort verpakkingsmateriaal dat wordt gebruikt.

A week ago, you sent me a message that my order, which you had been collecting for ten days instead of the three announced on your site, had been shipped. before that, during the week you did not answer me a few of my Mails. but in fact it has not been sent anywhere, it has been in the warehouse of the shipping company or the Dutch Post for a week now. It's been three weeks since the payment for the order and the package has not yet left Holland

Zowel bestelling als levering uitstekend verlopen. Alles verlopen zoals beloofd.

Heel veel producten, redelijk geprijsd, verzend kosten laag en goederen komen goed aan, omdat ze zeer goed verpakt zijn (echt heel goed!)

Altijd de lekkere dingen uit Nederland die ik toch wel heel erg mis.
