I bought a large package not too long ago and the shipping was great and the packing of the product was well put together and they also add a little bonus for me that was very nice of them and the chocomel drink I got was very delicious best chocolate drink ever

In één woord: fantastisch! Uitgebreid assortiment, uitstekende verpakking, prima klantenservice, snelle verzending.

I haven't used them all that much just to buy products for my Dutch flatmate and friend. But have found them easy to use, well stocked, helpful when I've need to contact them. Things get here fairly speedily I'm in the UK and the delays are most probably down to Brexit.

It took a little over two weeks, and I am happy it arrived. This was my second order.

I have been ordering for years and have not been disappointed, not even once. They offer a large and good assortment of products and the site is easy to navigate. I live in Seattle and most of the times I received my order within a week. The products are very well packed (extremely well to be honest) and never arrive damaged. The products are 'fresh' as if I bought them myself. They can also handle large orders of one product. I always order large quantities of bread mix and that always went perfect. I like that they also consider the expiration dates. I have ordered from several online Dutch stores within the U.S. and my experience has never been good. It always takes a very long time to receive my order and most of the times the products are expired or almost. Thank you so much for your great service!

i liked the variety of product offered

Het is altijd great als het pakket komt. Ik bestel elke 3-4 maanden. Het is zo goed verpakt en super snel bezorgd. Zeker een aanrader!

I used to buy from Dutch Expat since few years. This is amazing store with wide selection of goods, fast delivery and quite good prices. I love some unique Dutch or Belgian products (Beemster cheese, Napoleon and RedBand sweets, Tony's choco, Smints, mustard, mayonnaise, even Pickwick Dutch tea) not easy available outside NL or BE. Unfortunately it happens sometimes (happened again with last order) that products in the package are a bit different than those ordered. Different chocolate bars, different type of sweets, etc. Lottery! This could be done by simple mistake or just because ordered products were unavailable in time of package preparation (and substitutes been used instead). But I never got any info about "order change", "missing products", "price increase/decrease". You can see the differences after package is open. Till this "mess" happens to sweets that's not a big deal but still a bit confusing. That's why I give 4 instead 5 stars. But will continue to buy from Dutch Expat because of reasons mentioned in first part of my comment :)

Ik ben blij met Dutch expat shop. Alles is netjes verpakt. Behalve de blikken zijn steeds gedeukt. Dat vind Ik minder fijn. Laatste keer 5 van de 8 blikken gedeukt. Ik denk dat ze al gedeukt de doos in zijn gegaan. Want alles was prima verpakt.

Little pricy at the end with the shipping and import charges but ...you have you pay a hit more sometimes to get the good stuff! Thanks for having my favorite goodies available to ship across the big pond!

Compared to other companies that provide such a service. The delivery time and response time for customer service are too long. I paid on 27.12.21 according to the last update the delivery will arrive in mid-February. A bit to much.
