The time from my order to the delivery was good, only between this you have send me a message that I must wait 15 days more, but that was wrong. So it was all ok and if the cheese good I coming back.

For the third time I have had my packages arrive late and the poor communication caused my newly born baby to starve because we started him with European Milk like his sibling who also was dependent on HIPP Dutch Expat was efficient in the prior years she started ordering from them it used to be DHL as the Courier which normally they would give you two choices and prices 3 business days or 7 business days to receive orders but now the stipulate delivery two business 3 business day and when u select this does not allow u to choose except but rather 5 business days DHL in fact it’s actually turns out to be NL post I believe Netherlands post which is mighty slow like any post offices inefficiency , this is false advertisement and lack of transparency in business my package arrived damaged the box looked like it was shipped by Sea and some Cans bent , please Dutch Expat put up an official Customer service line we are in the 21st Century there other Apps for cheaper digital voice communication if u are afraid of bleeding costs and be transparent I have spent almost $12000 dollars buying from you since 2016 normally I order up to 15 cans never have you guys offered incentives it’s poor business relationship when one has made you this much profit I understand the pandemic and supply chain disruptions but be honest and communicate with buyers to create a lovely buying experience don’t put DHL as Courier when in actual sense the shipper is the inefficient NL post that is dishonest or at the worst dishonest if you don’t change I will stop buying from you and will use social media to encourage other American clients and worldwide put this to a stop don’t underestimate the power of customers I would want to Forster good customer relationship with your company so please fix the customer service by putting up an efficient customer line that is dedicated to putting customers worries at easy and be transparent

I am in Spain and ordered 20 Curry sauces D&L in glass jars. I have been pleasantly surprised by the speed of the delivery and the packaging was 100% professional. A serious webshop to recommand.

Shopping with the Dutch Expat Shop was easy and quick. The postage charges are very reasonable and delivery was quicker than expected. I will shop with them again.

Shop was relatively easy to navigate. Package arrived timely. Food was great (but that’s to be expected from Dutch food). The only negative I would say is that each individual item came wrapped in plastic bubble-wrap… lot of waste. Not sure if another solution for packaging can be found, of course I ordered a bunch of cookies etc which are liable to get squashed so I can understand the reasoning behind individual wrapping (everything arrived in perfect condition with no broken or squashed cookies). Also I would like to mention that as a Dutch person, I of course had to try out about 5 such sites and I found this one to be the cheapest (counting shipping and items etc). I will definitely buy here again!

Beetje lastig om bijvoorbeeld diepvries artikelen te vinden,maar tot nu toe wel gelukt; Keurig verpakt kan niet beter ,bravo !!!

I ordered 18 cans of formula, and they never arrived. I've reached out three times to customer support and there has been no response. Shipping stopped tracking after the package left the Netherlands and I cannot get any information. I spent almost €500 and feel like it has been stolen from me.

Goed ingepakt, bij aankomst in Frankrijk nog steeds diep ingevroren. Een goede service zoals ik verwacht zou hebben. Ik blijf een goede klant.

I bought a large package not too long ago and the shipping was great and the packing of the product was well put together and they also add a little bonus for me that was very nice of them and the chocomel drink I got was very delicious best chocolate drink ever

In één woord: fantastisch! Uitgebreid assortiment, uitstekende verpakking, prima klantenservice, snelle verzending.

I haven't used them all that much just to buy products for my Dutch flatmate and friend. But have found them easy to use, well stocked, helpful when I've need to contact them. Things get here fairly speedily I'm in the UK and the delays are most probably down to Brexit.
