Alles heel goed en vlot verlopen!

1st time ordering as not long back from Holland, had instructions from my sister to take home certain items. Was unable to get the Romeo cookies in departure area so now have account to get whatever they need ( they've been many times & usually take home things for me). Was surprised how quickly order arrived & will definitely be ordering again.

I have been using this company for over two decades and their service is second to none! They frequently go the extra mile, and when something was not available recently they refunded me yet put something extra in my parcel! My only beef is when they refer to The Netherlands as “Holland” (as next to this box). As a Brabander (the firm is based in Tilburg, Brabant) I find this offensive.

Dutch Baby Shop haven't shipped my formula after 8 days. No updates on order status, and they keep selling the formula. I tried to contact them multiple times but no responses at all. Absolutely awful seller.

Super! De eerste bestelling kwam niet aan door beschadiging maar de service was super en alles werd er aan gedaan zodat ik mijn bestelling compleet en op tijd kreeg. Super bedankt. En voor alle expats een aanrader.

Being a regular customer of Dutch Expat shop, I can say that I'm more than satisfied with their services. I also find products that are unique to this shop, and hardly can find it anywhere else. I must add that the packaging is excellent and they handle my orders in a timely fashion. Highly recommended.

Goede service, heerlijk om van Belgische lekkernijen te kunnen genieten aan andere kant van de wereld.

Bevroren producten zijn perfect aangekomen.

Het zou een topscore zijn als er een late “use by” date zou verstuurd worden. We bestellen eens per jaar en verbruiken de lekkernijen op een zeer zuinige manier, dus met een late “use by date” zouden we honderd procent gelukkig zijn. Dus ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Goede producten en geweldige service!

I'm in the UK and was completely bereft to find that I couldn't buy Biotex products any more (probably stupid Brexit - argggggh!). So I was delighted to find that Dutch Expat Shop could sell and deliver to me my favourite Biotex product (even though more expensive that when bought in UK - but worth it). The ordering was easy and the delivery was very fast. Well packaged products and will use again one day (I have bought in bulk!). Thank you Dutch Expat Shop.

Only place I can buy Knorr Aromat with herbs as I cannot find it in England unless paying a very high price. Excellent service all round.

Goede website en snelle levering

This was the ONLY place I could find the specific chocolate that I like. I could buy in bulk and the delivery was fast and efficient. Will use this company again when I'm close to running out.

Cannot find fault with the quality of service. Goods arrived 4 days ahead of their anticipated delivery date and well wrapped to prevent damage in the post.
