MIA customer service on expedited AND paid order I paid for expedited service and for the order and, 5 business days after my order, and 3 emails + contact on website > NOTHING. I relied on their professionalism, trusted them w/ my baby's needs and I was sorely wrong. Unacceptable and ridiculous how poorly they treat customers and how unresponsive they have been. To this moment, I have still no news about my order and no response to my emails.

I specifically use it to order Hipp baby milk. My very first time I was afraid it was a scam, and the order was delayed so I panicked. But this is going on to my 4th order and the milk has always arrived. I tried Hipp baby food once and it was all good, well packed, and my baby liked the food. Thank you Dutch Expat. I have recommended other parents looking to buy Hipp milk.

Great place to buy Belgian goodies I thought I couldn't get in the UK! Easy ordering, very reasonable prices and good delivery times. Everything was well packaged with good expiry dates. I didn't have to pay import taxes either although I suppose the higher postage costs take care of that. It's worth it to be able to get the treats I miss. Will definitely order again.

The Hertog Jan Beers were exactly what I wanted. They were delivered to to UK fast and efficiently. I did have an issue with one of the bottles but customer services were responsive and supportive with numerous communications resulting in immediate and full compensation for the broken item. I will certainly use and recommend the Dutch Expat Shop without reservation

I ordered a large supply of Loulouka baby formula and indicated that I needed an extended expiration date for my baby’s stock. They made sure everything was accurate and fulfilled to my expectations. I did pay for 3 day shipping, but received my package within a week. I did notice they used Post NL instead of the DHL I paid for. This didn’t bother me much since I still received it within a week. Pricing for European formula was the best through Dutch Expat Shop.

Ordering some goods frequently, always great service. Recently there was an issue with shipping. They went above and beyond to make sure I get what I ordered.

Ik heb ruim een week moeten wachten op de levering is dat normaal? Vooral in Frankrijk is de levering lang blijven liggen. Verder is alles perfect.

Good product! I bought Affligem beer, very rare in northern Europe. But package was poorly packed so 2 of the bottles was broken inside.
