I have been ordering from Dutch Expat for over three years. The quality and timeliness of delivery has been great. The packaging has been well thought through to avoid any damage. Was looking for D&L Bernaise Sauce because it is the best and Dutch Expat Shop had it in stock at a competitive price. I ordered it from them and it arrived quicker than I expected. Would definitely recommend them.

The merchandises were well packed, and everything was undamaged, except the chips which were crushed. The package was opened at customs, so I think that's where the problem lies. Thank you so much !

Dutch Baby Shop (not Dutch Expat Shop) has amazing prices on formula and great shipping rates. Ensure you're on the correct version of their site, bc if you're on the Expat Shop, the prices are higher and so is shipping. Dutch Baby Shop ships reliably to the US through NL Post to USPS. Formula is always held in customs for 2 weeks, so assume that's the case. I buy 10 cans of HIPP Bio-Combiotik at a time which come to $30 ea, shipped. If you compare to crappy US organic+lactose free, even Similac is locally over $40/can with their crappy ingredients. My last advice is to pay in EURO bc their card service charges you more for exchange fees than your own bank will. I'm still shopping here. No other option. They have my 100% support.

Great that you offer such a good choice from the supermarkets in BC advance of Easter. Website is well laid out and straightforward to navigate. Delivery time is quick. Always been positive. They will let you know if there is something missing or delays are expected to delivery, although service has been very good in recent times. One item of feedback - sometimes it seems that the search function needs very precise search words to zero in to the right product

Please be more careful when you send fluids. Be shore that they are better isolated because of the wet box we also had wet packages with chocolate pudding powder.
