Onze order werd wederom erg snel behandeld en verstuurd waarbij veel aandacht naar de verpakking uitgaat. Mocht er onverhoopt iets misgaan met de zending wordt er direct naar een oplossing gezocht. Prima werk!

I found 'Dutch Expat Shop' after searching for a product that is no longer available in the UK. That product is 'Biotex Stain Removal Powder' and despite being produced by a British company, it is now unavailable. After some extensive searching for any stock of Biotex literally anywhere that's when I found 'Dutch Expat Shop'. I decided to chance my luck and give them a try. Boy am I glad I did !! Now I have Biotex once again and it arrived fairly fast and well packaged too. Incidentally, the shipping cost was extremely good considering the goods were being sent from mainland Europe to the UK. I WILL use 'Dutch Expat Shop' again and I recommend them to anyone !!

I ordered a huge order for Easter and found a couple items were missing. I contacted the company and they were extremely helpful. I was credited back the amount I paid for the missing items. Will definitely order from them again.

Overall, my experience during the last four or five deliveries has been excellent. The last delivery however, attracted $51.90 of GST which is a first. Not sure if baby milk is GST free for entry into Singapore but the waybill stated the goods being delivered was ‘shampoo’? Perhaps shampoo is an item that attracts GST. I have paid the GST and the goods were delivered.

Wonende in Japan is het heel moeilijk om aan Belgische produkten te geraken. Al 10 jaar sukkel ik ermee. Per toeval vond ik de Dutch expat site, alles wat ik zocht aan redelijke prijs, goed verpakt en zeer snelle verzending. Perfect! Zonder twijfel een repeater.

Unfortunately I have put several orders of multiple cans of formula from here because it is cheaper than the states. But oh my gosh the delivery is so ridiculously slow. If you are buying from here expect at least a month for your shipment from the day you order. What is more frustrating is that their tracking doesn’t give specific details so you don’t even know when to expect the parcel and worst of it is their service. I have reached out to them three times and I only got response once when I sent an angry email only to tell me to calm down. I wanted to recommend this site to my friends who also give their babies hipp since it is cheaper but most of them actually would rather pay the extra bucks to buy from another site hearing about how long it takes.

In general we are happy with the product offering and we chose the most expensive shipping option which brought our products within 7 working days (in 2 different batches) instead of the guidelines of 3 working days. All fine and we were happy to get the products within a reasonable timeline. Unfortunately some of the products were damaged. Understand that happens, but as the shipping costs were 235Euro's I measured it to the gram to optimize the cost. I know this is not within your control, but it would be good to get an option to either get the refund or to be able to re-ship it. Same with an item that was not available; I did not get the opportunity to ask for a replacement item. @Mark gave me feedback how your company looks at replacement items (as this is the option I chose), but it would be good to send an email to check if the item can be replaced with something else. Especially with returning customers, which I am. Constructive feedback. Thank you
