Convenient website. Only the “pannenkoeken mix” was not packed very well and was all over the other products. Not the end of the world but would recommend to pack this in plastic in the future.

Goede verpakking en correcte levering.

Er moet meer aandacht gegeven worden aan de hoeveelheid en soort verpakkingsmateriaal dat wordt gebruikt.

A week ago, you sent me a message that my order, which you had been collecting for ten days instead of the three announced on your site, had been shipped. before that, during the week you did not answer me a few of my Mails. but in fact it has not been sent anywhere, it has been in the warehouse of the shipping company or the Dutch Post for a week now. It's been three weeks since the payment for the order and the package has not yet left Holland

Zowel bestelling als levering uitstekend verlopen. Alles verlopen zoals beloofd.

Heel veel producten, redelijk geprijsd, verzend kosten laag en goederen komen goed aan, omdat ze zeer goed verpakt zijn (echt heel goed!)

Altijd de lekkere dingen uit Nederland die ik toch wel heel erg mis.

Product besteld en netjes track and trace gekregen voor postnl. Na een paar dagen had postnl het pakket nog niet ontvangen. Contact gezocht met de shop. Deze gaven aan dat het product niet meer leverbaar was en hebben het bedrag terug gestort.

Package never arrived. When I checked tracking package it said return to sender. I ordered my favorite local Dutch beer. I’m assuming some bottles broke so they sent back but have yet to hear anything from Dutch ex pat on refund or getting what I ordered. I’ve had a good experience w them in the past but this time around not good.

After having tried several online shops for Dutch goods over the years this one has been the best experience ever and I will definitely use it again. It was good from beginning to end: easy to navigate website, good communication by email, exceptional range of products, fast delivery, reasonable delivery cost. What more can I say, “I’ll be back”!

There used to be problems with order picking accuracy, but these have not resurgaced for a year or so. Reasonable range of choices, Not cheap but it's certainly possble to pay (even) more by looking elsewhere

Living in the US, we are deprived of some of the finer foods from Europe. I've ordered from several European e-commerce sites but Dutch Expat Shop is the best. They have an incredible selection, some of the best prices for food, and quick/efficient shipping to the US. Their competitors' similar products are usually significantly more expensive (sometime 2-3 times more) with higher shipping prices. More importantly, the products I receive from Dutch Expat are fresher than other stores. I strongly recommend obtaining your Belgian and Dutch treats from this retailer.

Instead of using DHL, my package was delivered via USPS which took almost a month to get it. Other than the shipping issue, it was all good. Hipp arrived in good condition with a one-year expiration date. If you plan to buy from this vendor, plan ahead, at least a month.
