Terrible prolonged agony
I must unfortunately give a negative rating. Their customer service is terrible. Every subsequent person replying to messages on WhatsApp does not read the previous questions and answers. It comes to bizarre situations where one person confirms that something is possible and another categorically denies it. For a whole month I tried to get an answer to a seemingly simple question, but each time I got a different answer. I wanted to know if it was possible to replace the spring in the replica (there is a 1 joule limit in Ireland), if so how much does it cost and how can I pay for it. In the end, after a phone call directly to the shop, I managed to get more information, made the purchase according to the instructions, and the technical works notified me the next day that they had changed the spring and my order was waiting to be shipped. 4 days later, the shipment was 'pending shipping', so I wrote to customer service again about the status of my order and when it would be shipped (I included the order number so it would be easier to find). I was notified that the spring could not be changed and that it would be shipping in 1 to 2 days. I was already tired of talking to them and showed a screenshot email that the spring has been changed, paid for, now they just have to send it. Unfortunately, lack of respect for the customer, laziness, bad manners meant that they didn't even do such a simple thing as checking previous messages. Let alone check the order number I shared. My experience with the shop has been negative, I literally handed them my money on a platter for a month and all I wanted in return was answers to questions. I do not recommend!
