We are sorry for your troubles and for the delayed answer on your mail (we don't do customer service in the weekend unfortunately).
In your country the parcel is being handled by the South African Post Office as the delivery company, not PostNL On the trackinginformation it also clearly states that it will be delivered between 27th of april and the 8th of may. It is now the 20th of april.
Your parcel is still on it's way to you. We will ask PostNL if they can get an update on the status from the South African Post Office.
As soon as we hear back from them we will let you know. Again sorry for your troubles
