I am so disappointed in this company. It’s my partners birthday coming up and I was so excited to order boards what we unfortunately can not get in South Africa. I placed my order and spent a fair amount on it thinking that I would be left in good hands. Meanwhile they are in partnership with PostNL that is known for loosing and stealing packages. I haven’t even gotten an update on my parcel in 7 days which means I will probably never get it and my money is just gone. I emailed them and I never received a reply to help me, as an international buyer, I feel completely helpless. Next time I will make sure to order from a place that cares about their customers and not cheap shipping so they can save money.

Product delivered well sealed and in a timely fashion. Consider that if you purchase online, you will have to pay for the postage should you decide to return a product. For the same price on the web, you may find other stores offering better conditions (pre-paid return).

Received the shipment which was a t-shirt and a magazine. The package was put in a plastic bag with some tape quickly wrapped around it...were you guys in a hurry? The t-shirt was ok, but the magazine was damaged. Not the way it should be...
