Thank you for your review and for your order.
We would like to clarify that the shipping emails are automatically generated by our shipping provider. Since you entered a German delivery address, their system automatically sent the tracking updates in German. Thankfully it was not Dutch :)
All emails sent directly by us — including your order confirmation and the notification that your package was packed — were sent to you in English.
We apologize for any confusion caused by this automation. Unfortunately, we are not able to manually adjust the language of the shipping provider’s tracking emails based on individual preferences when a German address is provided.
We appreciate your feedback and your recommendation, and we hope you are enjoying your order. Its good to hear that everything else, apart from the German email, was good!!
