Eine Vorkasse als Muss stempelt den Käufer direkt als nicht vertrauenswürdig ab. Das müsste nicht sein. Hat mich geärgert. Dann konnte ein Teil nicht wie versprochen geliefert werden. Erst auf Nachfrage wo es bleibt wurde dies ausgesprochen. Allerdings war die Kommunikation sehr gut.

Goede producten, medenkend personeel en altijd bereid om te helpen indien nodig.

Vriendelijke medewerkers die graag meedenken over de beste oplossing en gaat het onverhoopt toch een keer mis, wordt het heel netjes opgelost. Mogelijkheid om bestelde artikelen af te halen op de wedstrijdlocatie is echt een topoplossing.

Good range of products, availability and service.

Satisfied from the service and impressed on how quick is the despatch and the good communication/notification. Only drawback is the transport cost for overseas shipments. Believe there may be cheaper equally reliable options. Also optimised (e.g. smaller) packing may be a solution in reducing the transportation cost
