During the Palamós regatta, the Sailcenter team went above and beyond for us. They handle everything from repairs to new equipment with professionalism and efficiency. In our case, they managed a rudder repair smoothly and, after finishing their own logistics for the day, even located our boat and stored it inside so we wouldn’t have to wait. Proactive, reliable and genuinely supportive of young sailors and their families which is invaluable after four tiring days. Highly recommended.

Egal welches Anliegen man hat, alles wurde super kompetent mit viel Erfahrung und Leidenschaft gelöst. Die Lieferungen kamen auch immer sehr schnell an. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben damals die ersten Boote gekauft, und hatten auch einen Vergleich mit anderen europäischen Händlern. Seitdem ist Sailcenter unsere Nr. 1, über viele Jahre. Macht weiter so.

I've ordered a pico rudder, dagger board and boom vang kit and some covers an 1000 euro order Overall delivery/shipment and customer experience was great. The rudder blade was faulty (factory production it seems) as on the first time in the ocean it got completely full of water. Customer service from Sailcenter within hours of my report got in contact and promptly offer to fix the issue! Well done!

As we discussed by phone, it appears you accidentally received a rudder blade that had not been factory-foamed. This is a production error (which we had not seen before), and we fully understand how frustrating that must have been for you. We’ve shipped you a new rudder blade today, and we have double-checked with the manufacturer that this one is properly foamed and fully watertight. I've ordered a pico rudder, dagger board and boom vang kit and some covers. 1000 euro oordr. Overall delivery/shipment experience was great. The rudder blade on the first time in the water is completely full of water. Had to buy silicone and mask it all around to try to prevent it. Still not sure if it worked. Happy to share pictures if needed.
