Very consistent service and always as described

Er was een fout in de bestelling gemaakt die zeer prettig is opgelost

Zeer goede ervaring. Ik had een ilca radiaalzeil besteld maar per ongeluk een Ilca MK2-zeil ontvangen. Toen ik belde werd me naast excuses een zeer goede deal aangeboden en kreeg ik toen ik het radiaalzeil ontving ok nog eens een mooi hologram van de Laser. Ik voel me zeer prettig geholpen!
