Alleen maar positieve ervaringen. Prachtige winkel en kwalitatief goede producten. Enige jammere is dat doordat er zoveel spullen op de website staan hij af en toe enorm sloom kan zijn. Des al niet te min beïnvloed dit het product niet.

Drie zwemvesten besteld, vlot bezorgd. Twee was pasvorm niet optimaal. Soepel proces met terugsturen. Goede service.

Sailcenter ist ein starker Partner für den Sport.

This is the 2nd purchase, 1st was a mast and a laser sail it was perfect and second a laser standard, trolley and cover and I also exchanged some info emails between the two orders. My expectation was to get a few email clarifications and place the order within 1-2 days. I think it took 2 weeks, one mail per week. I got the feeling that you are too busy. Then I thought to place the order via ecommerce without paying to get your attention and it worked. I placed the order and the boat was ship in about 2-4 weeks later, it got on the ship on Wednesday to Cyprus. I understand the global freight challenges and routes to Cyprus. I also appreciate your initiative to save me cost by finding a cheaper way! I could have purchased from someone else during the 1st two weeks of no respond, if I could find another EU supplier. I still don't have an ETA and not sure when I'll receive the boat. And those who sail understand very well how it is to stay 2-3 months out of water :)

We received the product in a short period of time. Although we bought the size according to the measurements as per the size chart (even a few cm bigger), the product came a bit small. I think the measurements in the size chart should be reviewed. I returned the product in order to change it with a bigger size. Hope we will receive the bigger size as quickly as the first delivery.
