Tijdens een meerdaagse zeilwedstrijdevenement ging er bij ons aan boord iets stuk in de laatste race van de dag. De volgende dag (zondag) wilde we natuurlijk ook racen. Het onderdeel betrof de klem van de neerhouder waar we geen spare van hadden. Sailcenter gebeld vanaf t water en ze gingen direct aan de slag. Inmiddels was de winkel formeel gesloten, maar toch werd ik netjes geholpen en konden we het evenement afmaken. Super.

If you order before 16 you get your delivery next day and if you need anything they are very customer centric and friendly

Some smaller packaging or same packaging with foam could have prevented the code flag sticker to get bent as the 3 pulleys were loose in a large zip back within a large with no foam in the box, but the sticker was not teared so no harm done just improvement could be made, that's all. You were slightly cheaper to all other companies I checked and this is why I went with you. Thanks.
