Great stock availability; good value

ILCA 4 sail (North Sails) was great value; including the carriage for delivery to the UK. Did overlook the import charges though; something to remember if you’re purchasing outside the country. Purchase was still cheaper than the UK price, although not as an exceptional bargain, as I’d first thought!

Fast and smooth shipping.

I purchased three sets of buoyancy bags. They were more affordable than other brands, but the quality is excellent. The colors are beautiful, and the kids are very happy with them. I will definitely come back here for more supplies in the future.

Sailcenter Tell Tales Dacron sticker don`t stick

I ordered Sailcenter tell tales, but they are of inferior quality and the stickers cannot be removed, making the adhesive surface unusable. I also ordered Windesign tiller ext 20 mm carbon doppio 120 cm and a tiller in 80 cm was delivered. I had to send the Tiller back which cost me an extra €19.80, hopefully Salecenter won't burden me with additional shipping costs. For your Information Order Nr: E-10000037536

Thank you for your review — I’m sorry to hear about your experience. I’ve immediately sent you an email to resolve this directly.

In short, we will send you the correct 120 cm tiller extension and refund the return shipping costs you incurred. We will also include a new set of tell tales. To help with the application, I’ve made a short video showing exactly how to remove the sticker from the sheet and apply it correctly.

Within our webshop, we apply a four-eyes principle, meaning every order is double-checked before shipment. This process works very reliably, but unfortunately in this case something still slipped through — our apologies for that.

We take this feedback seriously and are already using it to improve our processes. Our customer support team is always here to help quickly, so please feel free to reach out to us directly anytime.
