Lieber Frank, Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Es stimmt, dass für eine relativ kleine Bestellung 50 Euro kalkuliert und bezahlt wurden. Dazu bedarf es einiger Erklärung: Die Bestellung musste in die Schweiz versandt werden. Für die Schweiz sind die Versandkosten aufgrund der Zollformalitäten extrem hoch - da können wir wenig anders machen, als diese Kosten weiterzugeben. Alternative Versandarten nehmen viel Zeit in Anspruch, da die Zollabfertigung oft länger dauert und somit viel Ärger verursacht. Deshalb bieten wir nur den Express-Service für die Schweiz an. Sie können ihn immer zum Beispiel an eine Lieferadresse in Deutschland oder Frankreich liefern lassen, was viel billiger ist. Das kommt in der Praxis häufig vor. Übrigens, wenn Sie vor der Bestellung Fragen zum Versand haben, können Sie uns jederzeit per E-Mail kontaktieren: [email protected].
