Il metal set è un prodotto molto speciale che realizziamo solo su richiesta, perché contiene metalli rari e difficili da reperire. Sul sito è chiaramente indicato che il prodotto deve essere realizzato su misura e potrebbe non essere disponibile.
Per un articolo così particolare è buona pratica, e anche una forma di responsabilità professionale, contattare il fornitore prima di effettuare l’ordine, soprattutto quando sotto il prodotto è presente un avviso così importante. Inoltre, non avevamo ricevuto alcun contatto preliminare da parte sua per verificare se il set fosse disponibile in quel momento.
Dopo aver ricevuto il suo ordine abbiamo controllato la situazione e, purtroppo, il set non poteva essere prodotto. Per questo motivo le abbiamo immediatamente rimborsato l’importo del metal set.
I poster che aveva aggiunto al suo ordine sono stati spediti come richiesto. Come già comunicato, siamo disponibili a offrirle uno sconto sul suo prossimo ordine per compensare il disagio.
Vorremmo anche aggiungere che un punteggio di 1 è estremamente basso e non riflette né il servizio né la cura con cui lavoriamo ogni giorno. Una valutazione così drastica non rende giustizia alla realtà dei fatti e non dimostra il rispetto reciproco che consideriamo fondamentale in una relazione professionale.

For such a specific product, it is good practice, and also a matter of professional responsibility, to contact the supplier before placing the order, especially when there is such an important notice displayed under the product. In addition, we had not received any prior contact from you to check whether the set was available at that moment.
After receiving your order, we checked the situation and unfortunately the set could not be produced. For that reason, we immediately refunded the amount of the metal set.
The posters you added to your order were shipped as requested. As already communicated, we are happy to offer you a discount on your next order to compensate for the inconvenience.
We would also like to add that a rating of 1 is extremely low and does not reflect the service and care we provide every day. Such a drastic evaluation does not do justice to the actual situation and does not show the mutual respect we consider essential in a professional relationship.
