Awful experience
I made an order on your webshop before Christmas and it still hasn’t arrived. I’m confused by the tracking information on your website – it seems the package is still travelling, but not towards my home??
This is my order: Hieronder vind je de gegevens van je bestelling met nummer XXXXXXX geplaatst op XX-12-2025.
I didn’t receive any communication about it after XX.12.2025 “Je bestelling wordt verzonden!”
None of the “Service and Contact” options on your website were useful for me. The worst and most annoying was the chatbot Daan.
There is no phone number where I can call a person and no option to chat with a person.
Please make sure that I receive my package without further contacts, re-ordering, etc.
I have ordered the same things in the past and they just appear in my postbox a few days later. I don’t know what changed on your side, but please fix it and just put the package in my postbox.
Eventually I managed to find an postnl email where I sent the above. I also managed to find a phone number via 3rd party website listing numbers of various companies (so, I'm not sure if I spoke with real PostNL people or scammers).
They transferred me 4 times until eventually somebody looked into the tracking code and said the package is being returned to the sender (sender is PostNL webshop). I told the lady to configure it to go back to me (the original receipient), but she said it's impossible. I gave her a feedback that PostNL should make this possible in the future, it's so obvious functionality. She was unwilling to collect any feedback.
