Disappointing
Honestly, I just find them rude and unhelpful now. I shopped with them for two years and things were acceptable until I asked them to help me get a refund through a brand (not money from Petfooddiscount) which had a return policy if the glucosamine supplement didn't work. It used to be on the company's website, but it wasn't advertised by the time I spoke to Petfooddiscount, and they were cold and treated me like I was lying when this policy could still be found online. I lost 50 euro (which is a lot to a student) just because they couldn't be bothered to help and actually contact the company whose products they sell when they were making my dog ill.
Ever since, they don't seem as receptive to listen to a complaint after taking my money. I was shipped three bags of really fragile dog treats which were turned into unusable powder because of how tightly and carelessly they were packed. I didn't even receive an apology, only telling me that I better not use the treats if they were really not fit for purpose, when I hadn't even opened them. Why be so accusatory if you don't even know if the customer has opened them?
If my dog didn't like specific treats only they carry, I would never ever shop here because 1. their prices are the same as everywhere else, 2. their return shipping policy is poor (always at your own expense), and 3. the customer doesn't matter and take your business for granted even when you consistently spend a good amount of money.
