I am extremely happy with service and attention.
My first purchase from Petfooddiscount was in July 2024 and since then I have been a regular buyer because my dog loves the products. Unfortunately, I experienced some delay in receiving my last Order from last week because the Delivery Service decided on their own to change the Point of Delivery from my home address to 'Çollection' from their own local Branch. Of course I refused to collect it as I had paid for free delivery and accordingly advised Petfooddiscount. They promptly replied and advised that they had checked my Order and confirmed that my request was indeed for home delivery and promised to check with the Delivery Service why they decided to change the delivery instructions. Petfooddiscount was good to their word and two days later they advised me that the Delivery Service would return the package to them and they would then re-send it to me. Additionally, they advised me that I should make some appropriate adjustments in the App of the Delivery Service as to restrict their own Delivery servicemen from making changes at will in future. Of course I did the recommended adjustments on the App, which, in all honesty, I have never had to do with other Delivery Services. Once I informed Petfooddiscount, they immediately re-sent my package which I received the next day.
So, from my point of view, the delay was due to the Delivery Service company. On the other hand I found Petfooddiscount very attentive and promptly responsive
