Nice products, slightly annoying website
I’m getting emails asking me to review in a language I don’t understand.
The facepainting products are really nice and high quality, I wish it was easier to navigate and find stuff on the website. I had issues with my cart when shopping, items disappeared from the cart and came back multiple times. Shipping is expensive, especially if you don’t plan on buying a lot of stuff at once.

Je recommanderai chez vous
Je n’ai pas mis la note maximale car beaucoup de produits que je voulais commander étaient en rupture ou beaucoup trop chers. J’aimerais des offres de lots d'ensembles de couleurs. J’ai commandé chez vous car vous êtes l’un des seuls à proposer la marque Gtx en Europe, mais vous n’avez pas toutes les couleurs en grand format. La prochaine fois, je commanderai tout de même le lot d'échantillons.

Le pack d’échantillons GTX était bien disponible au moment de votre commande. Nous avons normalement un stock important de produits GTX, mais la demande a été exceptionnellement forte ces derniers temps, ce qui explique que certaines couleurs et certains grands formats soient actuellement en rupture de stock.
Une nouvelle livraison GTX est déjà en route, avec un réassort de produits ainsi que les tout nouveaux pinceaux GTX. 🎨
Nous vous conseillons donc de garder un œil sur notre boutique en ligne afin de ne pas manquer les prochains réassorts et nouveautés.

Wij vinden het bijzonder jammer dat u onze dienstverlening negatief heeft beoordeeld. Naar onze mening geeft deze beoordeling geen volledig en juist beeld van de feitelijke gang van zaken.
Zoals duidelijk blijkt uit de trackinggegevens van de vervoerder, is er bij u een bezorgpoging gedaan. Vervolgens heeft het pakket vijf dagen op een afhaallocatie voor u klaargelegen. Omdat het pakket niet binnen deze termijn is afgehaald, is het overeenkomstig de voorwaarden van de vervoerder automatisch retour gestuurd naar de afzender. Zie hiervoor de bijgevoegde trackinginformatie van de post.
Na verzending heeft u van ons een track-and-tracecode ontvangen, waarmee u de bezorgstatus zelf kon volgen. Wij hebben geen invloed op de retourprocedure van de vervoerder wanneer een pakket niet tijdig wordt afgehaald.
Wij zijn zowel telefonisch als per e-mail bereikbaar om eventuele problemen te bespreken en samen naar een passende oplossing te zoeken. Wij betreuren het daarom dat u ons verantwoordelijk houdt voor een situatie die volgens de trackinggegevens niet door ons handelen is ontstaan.
Wij verzoeken u vriendelijk om uw negatieve beoordeling te heroverwegen en aan te passen, zodat deze in overeenstemming is met de aantoonbare gang van zaken. Daarna bespreken wij graag telefonisch met u hoe we dit verder correct kunnen afhandelen.

Onze excuses voor het ongemak. U bestelt producten van het merk Make Up Factory. De beperkte beschikbaarheid komt doordat wij in onze winkel een meubel van dit merk hebben waarin helaas slechts een beperkte voorraad past. Omdat de voorraad van onze webshop en fysieke winkel niet automatisch met elkaar wordt gesynchroniseerd, houden wij de online voorraad uit voorzorg wat lager.
Wij begrijpen dat dit vervelend kan zijn wanneer u meerdere artikelen wilt bestellen. Voor een volgende bestelling mag u ons daarom gerust vooraf even bellen. Wij kijken dan direct voor u na hoeveel voorraad er daadwerkelijk beschikbaar is en kunnen, indien mogelijk, de voorraad in de webshop verhogen, zodat u de gewenste aantallen kunt bestellen.
Wat betreft de verzendkosten: helaas is het in deze tijd niet mogelijk om verzending kosteloos aan te bieden voor een product wat ongeveer €15,00 kost. U bent natuurlijk van harte welkom in onze fysieke winkel. Wanneer u uw producten zelf komt ophalen, betaalt u uiteraard geen verzendkosten.
