Extremely stressful and unprofessional experience. I placed a joint order with a friend, but we didn’t get our package for weeks because the shop left out the flat number and didn’t provide a phone number, so delivery failed. After waiting, we asked for a refund and were met with threats like “we know your address and where you work” and warnings about police involvement if we contacted our bank. Only after mentioning police, GDPR, and EU laws did they start taking action. The order finally arrived after a very stressful month. They also publicly shared my personal data in a review response, violating GDPR. Customer service was rude and refused to take responsibility. I will never order from them again.
