En mi caso, el envío tardó un poco más del tiempo estimado. Quizás, deberían especificar franjas de tiempo más amplias de llegada del paquete, según destino. Es una sugerencia positiva para sus servicios.
Por último, cuando surge algún problema o si hay alguna reclamación, el servicio responde con eficacia y atiende bien al cliente.
