But if you send parcels to Germany, please use UPS or something else, but not PostNL. They will give the Paracelsus in Germany to Hermes and they are absolute unreliable. I am waiting since two weeks of my facepaint supplies...

Massive delivery delay

The delivery timeline that is in the website are completely inaccurate. I suppose to get the parcel in 2-4 Business days and it took 10 days. Also the parcel is trackable just in the Netherlands so as soon the parcel cross the border there is no way to know where it is.

Hello It is unfortunate that you found this experience so negative our team always does our utmost to prepare all packages as well and as quickly as possible. all packages are sent the same day, unfortunately we cannot do anything about it if the packages are delayed, that is due to the post, and unfortunately we cannot change this. Your package had to cross some borders, which sometimes takes extra time. we always advise to order well in advance. in the end the package arrived in 12 working days. we find it unfortunate that you experienced it this way i hope you still enjoy the products

Fast delivery, top support!

Hier bekommt ein Facepainter alles was sein Herz begehrt. Dunja und Maurice sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Meine Bestellung kam innerhalb von 48 Stunden an. Meine Reklamation wurde sofort bearbeitet und der Austausch war reibungslos. Ich komme immer wieder gerne nach Born und wenn ich das zeitlich nicht einrichten kann, bestelle ich auch gerne über Euren Shop. Schön, dass es euch gibt.
