Helaas te laat binnen...

Zou dags erna er zijn, maar dat bleek helaas niet het geval waardoor het niet meer nodig is...

Wij Hebben Uw pakket gelijk verzonden en de dag erna is het aangeboden door post.nl . Helaas was U niet thuis. De post heeft netjes een bericht achtergelaten waar op staat ( afhalen bij een post.nl locatie ) Dit heeft U echter niet gedaan. Goede producten, klantvriendelijkheid op Facebook bedenkelijk

Ben blij met mijn producten en de levering. Ik ben wel geschrokken van de onbeschofte ma ier waarop ik op Facebook behandeld werd … Ze hebben de berichten wel verwijderd, maar geen excuses ontvangen… heel erg jammer. Ik weet niet of ik de volgende keer nog zal bestellen als dit nog meer gebeurt.

We hebben je facebook bericht verwijderd omdat dat heel veel negativiteit oproept !! En we werken er keihard voor alles ok te regelen. Het was volgens mij heel laat in de avond dat je het openbaar plaatste ! Jammer dat je ons ook laat in de avond probeert te bereiken via messenger voor allerlei vragen. Wij hebben een zakelijk email adres waar je naar kunt mailen. Elke werkdag zijn we telefonisch bereikbaar. Ook willen willen genieten van onze vrije avond. Team Facepaintshop

tovar ešte vždy neprišiel

príliš dlhá čakacia doba na dodanie tovaru. píšete dodanie tovaru 3-5 pracovných dní a prešlo 3 týždne a tovar je stále na ceste

tovar ešte vždy neprišiel

17.6.2021 ste potvrdili odoslanie tovaru, ale do dnešného dňa neprišiel a nedá sa zásielka vysledovať.

Toller Shop und schnelle Lieferung

Ich kaufe hier äußerst gern meine Produkte für das Facepainting vorallem Farben und Pinsel aber auch Schwämme und Schablonen, da es sich um Qualitätsprodukte zu einem angemessenen Preis handelt. Die Lieferung erfolgt immer sehr schnell, manchmal sogar schneller als erwartet. Ich kann den Shop nur weiterempfehlen.

Which has benefits of connecting with us I do want to explain to you that - we deliver out of stock So when you order we take it out of our store out of our stock Then we bring it to the postal service and it is off to you Of off that moment we have no controle anymore. Please do realise when you rate us that you do not rate us for services from others….. We do not have controle on the postal service and also depend on them. Unfortunately we found out your complaint at the raiting and not personally We will call the postal service tomorrow to fond out what the issue is. We will let you know when we know more…. I haven't received the order yet.

It's been three weeks now and still in transit!!!
