When I identified the mistake, I immediately informed your team and requested: Correction of the postal code Or updating the delivery address with a new, verified Berlin address Both requests were denied without any attempt to contact the carrier, despite PostNL confirming that only the sender has the authority to request such changes. 3. Lack of Support and Failure to Take Action Despite multiple emails from my side: No attempt was made to contact PostNL or the German delivery partner No effort was made to correct the address while the package was still in transit I was repeatedly told, “We have no control over shipping,” which contradicts PostNL’s guidance I received delayed or no responses to my emails This left me completely without support during a time-sensitive situation. 4. Absence of Refund or Resolution I formally requested a full refund, since: The delivery promise was not fulfilled The items did not arrive The error originated from the sender I suffered financial and operational inconvenience To this day, I have not received any refund or confirmation, nor an adequate explanation. 5. Significant Personal and Professional Impact I had planned to use these products in a workshop for my brand. Extremely stressful and unprofessional experience. I placed a joint order with a friend, but we didn’t get our package for weeks because the shop left out the flat number and didn’t provide a phone number, so delivery failed. After waiting, we asked for a refund and were met with threats like “we know your address and where you work” and warnings about police involvement if we contacted our bank. Only after mentioning police, GDPR, and EU laws did they start taking action. The order finally arrived after a very stressful month. They also publicly shared my personal data in a review response, violating GDPR. Customer service was rude and refused to take responsibility. I will never order from them again.
