Order item true they website, never received the item it's 3 weeks and still can't get refund. AVOID!!!!

**Avoid – Paid Order Withheld & Extremely Poor Customer Service** I would strongly advise caution when dealing with this company. I ordered a Wagner Control Pro 250M paint sprayer and experienced over a week’s delay, only for the wrong item to be delivered (a wet and dry vacuum). This immediately caused disruption to my work and delays to my project. The real issue began when trying to resolve it. Instead of correcting their mistake promptly, I was told that I must return the incorrect item before they would even dispatch the product I had already paid for. This effectively left me without the item I ordered, despite full payment being made. To make matters worse: * I was asked to travel to a UPS drop-off location, despite there being none conveniently nearby * No collection option was offered * Communication was slow and unclear throughout * I was refused escalation to a manager and told this was not possible Although they later confirmed they would cover import duties, this was only after repeated chasing and did not resolve the main issue. As a customer, I should not be expected to fix a company’s mistake at my own inconvenience or cost. The refusal to dispatch a paid order until I returned their incorrectly sent item is not acceptable practice. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience, with poor customer service and a lack of accountability. I am still awaiting a proper resolution. I would recommend others consider alternative suppliers who offer clearer communication and take responsibility when things go wrong.

I placed an order because your company appeared to have good delivery times and to be serious about its service. On my first order, the courier called me to say the package had not been packed properly and one of the paint cans had spilled onto the ground. CROP did absolutely nothing to help me. Fortunately, the courier informed me in advance, so I was able to reject the package—otherwise I could have had even more problems. Up to this point, I tried to remain understanding. However, my second package also arrived damaged. In the end, it has cost me money out of my own pocket to return it, simply because you refuse to acknowledge that the package’s condition was “bad enough.” If it weren’t illegal to do so, I would publish our conversations so other customers could see the truth and not be misled by your company.

I have asked multiple times where my order is and have not got an answer. They sent a ups label last week but there has been no change since. Update: The issue was with UPS, the tracking number I had was not updated, I got the delivery today with a different tracking number. I got a call from Crop who advised about the problem with the delivery from UPS.

Great technical support and perfect service
Not much to except the price was better than anywhere else online. Delivery was quick. The ordering process was easy as was navigating the website. Would recommend every day of the week.

Good: Fast delivery, good products, well built website. Bad: CROP badged paints are of uncertain origin without having any TDS. Customer service sometimes hesitates to answer (on whatsapp) and is lying about the origin of their products. I was told that one of their clearcoat is a rebadged PPG, which is a total lie, considering the big price difference and the completely different specifications of the two products. Overall not a bad company, but if I'm buying again, I'll avoid CROP badged products.
Unfortunately CROP printed the incorrect address on my shipment and this delayed my order by aroudn one week while the ever incompetent UPS messed me around. Contacted CROP customer service who offered literally no help. Please stop shipping with UPS. And please allow non-numerical values to be entered into the house number field of the shipping address.

Bought a wagner 130m paint sprayer. Followed all instructions and videos for easy set up. The tip attachment for the spray gun did not function as it should. paint would leak out of the nozzle making the spray function not work. Customer service had problems understanding the problem so a video was uploaded to WhatsApp dedicated page . One of the customer service members acted in a professional manner to help fix this problem. finally after a period of time i got the OK to return the item at a cost to myself. The item was fixed and sent back to me . It was a rare problem with a washer missing . I was also given a spare washer that was very thoughtful and could be helpful in the future . I have since ordered another product that arrived in good time and no issues. Over all I had a rare frustration experience that was corrected . I will be using CROP in the future

So I sent videos to WhatsApp of the problem Using water it still would not work . I recived a email asking what paint I used I replied I was using water . I recived a second email saying the paint I was using is not correct that was it . This company are ****mers I have to start a process of using my bank to get my money back or product replaced Extremely unprofessional company
