I was overwhelmed by the competitiveness of Crops prices, I saved around £100.00 purchasing my product from them. Using a professional courier meant it was with me in a few days. I found their customer service responsive and helpful. I hope I have a reason to use them again in the future. Good Luck for the future.

Delivery: fast (from mainland Europe to the UK). Service: good (no issues). Price: very good (even suppliers/manufacturers in the UK were unable to be competitive). Product Quality: very good (I still have much left to paint but what has been used so far is superior to what I have used previously).

While the delivery was fine from CROP, this is really a review of the TESCON sound deadening foam product. I was expecting that I would get a greater volume of foam, no foam came out only after a short while , and the last bit was very slow making it very difficult to work with . Overall I am disappointed with the product considering the cost of it.

I am impressed with the products and their pricing but disappointed with thr postage. I expect to pay the going rate for shipments to Ireland but my last 2 shipments have arrived with items slightly damaged, the last one being where 1 can of primer had a broken lid and part of the can had sprayed out.

Overall, fantastic service - customer service are very quick to respond and very helpful. Only negative is that there were some unavailable items and I wasn't told until I asked where my order was. Otherwise, delivery to UK was fast despite UPS doing their best to make it difficult! Would definitely use again but beware of import charges!
