Difficult

Your the website allowed me to place an order for a 2k paint with a colour code' I asked that the order be cancelled which at first was agreed but then got into a a series of emails offering different solutions. when i finally received the order it was wrong and I didn't get a sales invoice for what was supplied. I simple refund and reorder would have been much easier I have used you many times in the past without trouble and will use again.
