Worst customer service in the world!
On 19.12.2020, I ordered some products. The website said "Schnell geliefert" ("delivered quickly") and "Bestellungen werden in der Regel an Werktagen innerhalb von 48 Stunden nach Zahlungseingang verschickt" (orders will be shipped within 48 hours). They informed me that the order was shipped on 21.21.20. When I ordered, I spent Christmas at my second home, knowing I would stay there roughly until beginning of January. Plenty of time for them to deliver my order, right?
Not so. When I had to leave and move back to my first address on 5th January, the order hadn't arrived. They claimed that the parcel was still in transit and that there was "chaos" with the Dutch Post.
I asked for my money back. They refused. Told me that that the "Schokoküsse" would be best before end of January, so no problem. Not true. I was unable to receive a parcel after the 5th January! Had I known that after such a long time a delivery that was promised to be "quick" and "within 48 hours" would still not have arrived, I would not have placed the order at all!
They refused any help, even telling me that it was not their problem! Sorry, if they don't keep promises like "quick" and "within 48 hours", it *is* their problem. The very least they could do was to give me my money back. Which they refused, even when I started a PayPal claim.
I cannot recommend this shop at all, on the contrary, I *warn* everybody not to order with them. I know that things can go wrong, deliveries can be delayed, all of that is not a problem. But the rudeness of their customer service and their refusal to find a solution are UNACCEPTABLE. The tone of their messages ... Absolutely unacceptable. This is no way to treat a customer who spent, frankly, quite a bit of money with them considering that this is just chocolate. Disgusting customer service.
