Completed with no language difficulty, postage calculated no problem and reasonable rate, kept informed up to delivery which was very fast over Christmas. The gearbox arrived brand new and fitted perfectly, saved having to replace the blind. Highly recommend this seller.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding an order that was scheduled to be delivered on 9 December, but has still not been received. I would like to clarify that I had provided the full and correct delivery address, and the invoice clearly states the complete address, including the house number. It is therefore unclear at what point the house number was omitted during the delivery process. I understand that the reason given for the non-delivery was a missing house number. Upon learning this, I contacted Royal Mail directly to ask whether delivery could proceed once the house number was confirmed. Unfortunately, I was informed that they could not accept this verbally and that the parcel would therefore have to be returned to the sender. Following this, I WhatsApped your team on 9 December to ask when the item could be re-sent, or alternatively to request a refund if re-delivery was not possible. To date, I have not received any response from your WhatsApp team. It has now been almost two weeks since my last message. For your information, I also informed your team via WhatsApp that someone would only be available in London until 22 December to accept any re-delivery. Given that we are now nearing that date and there has been no response whatsoever, I have no alternative but to formally request a full refund. I look forward to your prompt response and a swift resolution of this matter.
Good afternoon Rohana, We have explained multiple times by email and via WhatsApp that once a shipment has left our warehouse, we are unable to make any changes to the delivery process. Any delays caused by customs or Royal Mail are completely outside of our control. As frustrating as a delay may be — and we do understand that — once a parcel is in transit, nothing can be adjusted by us. We also informed you that in the Netherlands, it is possible to redirect a shipment to another address via the PostNL app. However, we are not involved in nor familiar with the procedures of Royal Mail, which may differ from those of PostNL. We are also somewhat surprised by the statement that we have not responded, as there has been frequent contact via both email and WhatsApp throughout this process — even if the information provided was not what you were hoping to hear. I ordered some ELERO products, they arrived at my home, perfect and very good pricing
The couriers you used are sadly one of the least reliable in the UK. We paid the customs charge within ten minutes of the notification last Friday 24th and they gave us a delivery date of Tuesday 28th. We still haven’t received the motor and the couriers web site simply shows the parcel as pending. Their interface is so bad that you simply can’t get to talk to anyone to understand their issue. We have lodged a formal e-mail question but experience tells us they will probably not respond. We thus do not have our motor which we have paid for , we have paid a customs and handling charge and without the motor cannot use our swimming pool. If you have any contact to expedite the courier then please do so

More than one month to ship an item that is claimed "in stock": very bad! I expect that delivery date is realistic and confirmed BEFORE I pay. And in case of delay I expect proposal of alternative solution or refund. Once shipped, the items arrived in reasonable time, good shape and perfectly working: what a pity for the delay.

Items missing on the delivery
I am satisfied with the service so far — the ordering process was simple and the motor arrived within the expected delivery time. However, I would like to note that I will only be able to install the motor in about three weeks, as I am still waiting for the delivery of the casing structure. Only after installation will I be able to fully confirm that everything is functioning correctly. But up to this point, everything has been very positive. Thank you.
