We are sorry to hear that you have experienced it this way. We fully understand how frustrating it is when a delivery is delayed, especially when you are unable to use your swimming pool without the motor.
Unfortunately, we have no influence over the customs process in the United Kingdom, nor over the local courier that takes over the shipment from PostNL. Once a package crosses the border, we are dependent on those parties for progress and communication.
We will continue to monitor the shipment closely and will of course press for urgency wherever possible. We hope you will receive the package very soon.
