Pluspunten
- Organized and easy to navigate website, even using Google Translator help;
- Order arrived well packed, undamaged and, at first sight, without defects;
- Fast international delivery (Portugal).
Verbeterpunten- The purchase was immediately confirmed but I never received a shipping confirmation. To my surprise, I received the order this morning, thinking it was still pending shipment. I believe it is important to keep communication with the customer of all the steps of the process, from the purchase until the moment of sending. It acts as reassurement to the costumer;
- I was waiting to receive the link to track the order, as I was informed in the mail where the invoice was sent to me, but I ended up never receiving said link;
- I suggest you promote the translation of the site into a language other than dutch. At least for english. For example, your website is often referenced in online portuguese forums dedicated to photography as having competitive prices and where it is easy to find photographic material that is not always easy to find in portuguese physical stores. But not everyone is encouraged to buy on a site whose language they do not feel comfortable with. The translation would certainly be a benefit in attracting more customers out of the dutch market.
