no answer from Deloox on my order issue
Dear Customer Service,
I recently placed an order on your website for the 'Aqua di Parma Yuzu eau de parfum.' While I appreciate the quick delivery, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the condition in which the product arrived.
Today, upon receiving the package, I noticed that it had been thrown above my front door, as evidenced by the attached photo. Unfortunately, this rough handling has resulted in the package being open and full of scratches. I can imagine that the parfum itself has been shaken and therefore of lower quality. I believe this damage is a direct consequence of the careless manner in which the package was delivered.
I am genuinely disappointed with the way my order was handled, especially considering that a fragrance, such as the Aqua di Parma Yuzu eau de parfum, is particularly fragile. Furthermore, I had ordered this perfume as a Christmas gift, and the current state of the package has diminished its value and appeal. Given that Christmas has already passed, the impact of this delivery issue is particularly disheartening.
I believe that the current situation calls for a resolution, and I am reaching out to you to inquire about possible solutions. Is there a way to replace the damaged item, or can you offer a refund for the inconvenience caused?
