As explained to you by e-mail, products with knurling have some oil on the surface of the product. This to protect the product against weather influences during transport. For instance, a very humid climate may increase the chance of visible corrosion on the product. A little bit of oil protects your product. If you do not like this or do not like the knurling of the product, there is always the possibility to return the product within 14 days.
In regards to your second statement, that we share your personal information with other companies, this is incorrect. The option to review is send by another company; Kiyoh, but it's not possible for them to use your personal data for anything else.
