Be aware - TechPunt sold used & faulty noisy Joyami AirFryer and then asking to return on customer expanse.
This is my third purchase with TechPunt and i was happy with other two purchases and have given my +ev review already on their website.
However, with the following purchase (Xiaomi Joyami Air Fryer 5.7L)

Seller sent me used & faulty item, while i purchased new item. There was nowhere mentioned that the item is used & customer returned. Infect you will not be able to find any used / returned item for sale on their website at all.
On my complain to TechPoint that they sent used/faulty item, they explained i have purchased a used item, which i was not aware of at all. Then i verified my order receipt and found a small "SECOND CHANCE" was written but not at the time of purchase order.
When i received item, i found it old from the packaging as well as fryer itself. I also noticed there is a loose broken piece inside the appliance which may be dangerous on operation.
The Joyami Air Fryer is not Xiaomi at all, and its fan is very noisy.
I communicated all the issues to seller TechPunt and they suggested me to return on my own cost.
My point is why they sent old/used/customer return item at first place.
TechPunt customer service was responsive but not helpful at all. They keep rolling the ball in different directions and i end-up keep running into circles.
I just want to let other people know about my experience.
Things could be better if TechPunt support listened to the customer and tried to solve the issue instead.
