Order marked as shipped but not sent. Told I had ordered a pre-order when I hadn't

I ordered a gift for Christmas with next day shipping. Order was in stock. Received confirmation from the shop and track and trace from PostNL. Post NL track and trace initially said it would arrive the next day. Then the track and trace changed to "Delivery moment still unknown Shipment expected, but not yet arrived at PostNL". I waited a few days since I know that the Christmas period can be busy but emailed techpunt when the status didn't change. I sent the order number and screenshot from their website showing my order as shipped and a screenshot of the track and trace. I was told "Thank you for your message. I see that one of the products you ordered is a pre-order. This means that we do not currently have this product in stock. We expect it to take another 2 weeks. You will of course receive a message from us with your Track & Trace as soon as your order is shipped." It was marked in stock when I ordered it, I check very carefully because it is a Christmas gift. I then rechecked the order page on the website and sent a screenshot highlighting that it was marked shipped and marked as in stock (not preorder). I asked them what was going on and if I needed to request a refund and order somewhere else. The response I received was "I see it has not been shipped out. So you can wait until it gets back in stock. You also may always cancel the order." No acknowledgement of fault or anything. I'm now out 450 euro until my refund is processed. The only good thing I can say is that they responded to my two email quickly

Fast delivery, good product

Bought 2 temperature and humidity sensors to pair them with a Mi 360 camera I had. The camera acts a Bluetooth gateway for the sensors. I have mounted one in living room and one in bedroom. Both work well. Fast delivery, no issues.
