Received a different order
I did not receive the bottles I ordered, instead the courier has delivered three completely different bottles of drinks. Also, when I contacted the customer service the experience I had was rather poor - even though I was a bit upset upon my first call, and in last email I received the colleague suggested I could keep the other bottles, by that time I have already sent them back.
I understand that mistakes happen as I myself also make quite a few, I would have expected a better treatment as a customer, such as an immediate refund, a generous coupon, making sure to deliver my proper order the same day, or not the same day but as a courtesy of the business. I believe that the ultimate goal of a service provider would be to understand what their clients want and feel and how to make them happy, instead of following protocols and reiterating ‘it is not possible’.
In conclusion, I wish not to use the services of drankdozijn in the future.
